I can't be bothered following the detailed shenanigans of criminals and whether they are actually robbing somebody at this moment or not. Similarly, with liars, I can't be bothered figuring out whether right now they are actually lying or not.

Constructive dismissal is banning.

I am so immodest as to have no trouble recognizing my mistakes, of which I have made many actual mistakes. Google is less banned than I thought [assuming those articles to be near enough to correct]. But that does not mean it is unbanned. They apparently have a temporary reprieve, provided they do as they are told. Failing to keep up with the latest sneaky twists and kleptocratic turns of bandits isn't a mistake. There's a lot to keep up with in the world and I'd have been fully right if the situation hadn't been twisted and temporarily turned in another direction for self-dealing megalomaniac purposes.

Big deal.
