Good Evening Margaret: Mkt acted ok today in spite of mid-afternoon weakness. INTC and MSFT gave a good account of themselves with both closing higher. Mkt definately has the feel of trying to dig in down here and I would expect any decent move up out of this range to develop some legs.

MSFT's factual defence appears credible and looks as like a well thought through PR offence and counterattack/containment strategy is in play. This should inspire a return of confidence...indicators trying hard to turn north on the Wintels.

stared w. sat.
we have yoga, aerobics class and bike, treadmill and stairs. these are the thing i will get going with and then start on weighs.

i have made a commitment w. a coworker, so i can stick 2 it.
