I'm curious where all this union-hate is coming from. Is Fox "News" flogging it? Just 7% of working Americans belong to unions (from a high of around 20%), and that number is declining. I've never belonged to one, or even had the opportunity to join one. Compared to corporations, unions are really a non-factor in America. But, who ELSE stands for the American worker? Nobody. The right has been pushing union hatred for decades. They've managed to equate unions with the dreaded 's' word.....socialism. And Americans being the uninformed electorate that they are have bought it hook, line and sinker. To an outsider none of what's going on in this country makes any sense.

'I'm curious where all this union-hate is coming from' Yep unions are such a problem with union membership at it's lowest ever and with the middle class decimated by 30 years of Reagonomics, offshoring, globalization, technology, third world invasion further depressing wages and with the wealth disparity at the top at it's greatest..
