Anurag, I also received a call in my office at 6 p.m. in my voice mail. He indicated that he just got off a plane. Nothing negative and he wants me to call him tomorrow. I shall duly report. The discrepancy in number of shares traded is interesting but has no meaning. Bottom line is that the stock tanked today. Tomorrow I plan to liquidate some of my stocks to buy more IMRS. It sure is exciting.

Why don't you ask IMRS CEO about insider selling? IMRS has very little shorts; therefore, current huge down volume could come from insider selling.

Maybe the CEO can tell us a thing or two.
