The nature of the Putin regieme is we'd like them to have as few weapons as possible. But he IS wrong. Nuclear weapons AREN'T just another weapon. Limiting their numbers is something all sane men should desire. In this (R)'s are putting denying Obama in front of national security. Reducing nuclear weapons was Ronald Reagan's fondest dream. A great idea for us all.
