After the market closed there was an analyst on CNBC who was asked about LU's recent decline. He said there was concern in the sector generally because NT said it was concerned about the level of orders from Nynex, due to the merger. That concern is likely affecting DSC also.
Other issues:
The recent Lehman Br report on DSC that was cited in this thread was positive about DSC's future, but also noted that Lehman analyst was told by DSC that business so far this Q has not been "exciting" (or something like that), meaning another keep-your-fingers-crossed, back end loaded Q. With all the orders announced, we should be in a better position this Q.

Also, the Cellcore issue. Did DSC overpay at 8x sales? CSCO bought Stratcomm at 10x sales several years ago, but that co was already very profitable with a mainstream product (ATM). Cellcore not profitable yet.

Perhaps also concern about future Japan business.

Let us hope it is only mutual fund window dressing.
