The win doesn't come from TJ saying I'm right. <TJ will be back with another volley, so don't put in the win category yet.>

All that's happening is I'm learning how right I am. TJ has kindly helped me by showing that a licence was apparently issued in July for a year or so. But that doesn't detract from the constructive dismissal aspect of the banning. Saying, "Yes, you can operate here", then attacking said company by hacking their computers and otherwise making life intolerable is not encouraging for anyone else who thinks of investing in China.

A wife beater might issue a "No attack" promise for a few months, but that doesn't mean much if the habit is beating. Saying "See, I'm not a wife beater. I have issued a promise of no beating for 2 months and 3 days" is not much use.

Probably not: <probably has an ulcer or heart disease by now. > That just seems like nasty wishful thinking on your part. You will be pleased to know that my lipids and blood pressure and ulcer situation are excellent. Yours are probably quite bad given your political ideology. How are they? Average Libertarian health is excellent. Perhaps it's causal. You should join and save on medical bills [or worse].
