"no one will be harshly punished " and the market insiders and pirateers know they can get away with almost anything.Recently i was following a penny stock, and they come out with headline news they drilled over 300 meters 4% zinc, 3% copper 70 g/t silver and gold and other, the SI mob and many others were all over it, for the usual 5 cent flip, but pushing it up 40 cents on the day with over 40 million volume. After close that same day they come out with clarification NR that the hole announced was drilled down dip along the seam that had been previously established.Guess who unloaded his entire roughly 1 and a half million shares that day on the deception of poorly worded NR, headline..an insider...does not pass the smell test and will he get away with it?...probably.The new strategy for most everyone is to become a 5 cent flipper or become a deceitful insider because chances are you won't get caught.
