Thanks TRoberts and Larry Davis for your posts.

I had to bail out of several holdings to get off margin. Don't like paying interest on loosers. I no longer have DGTT. Guess that's why it went back up from $8.

I had the same experience with Stewarts stocks. Made a bundle on Zitel and few others but lost it all on his other recommendations. Did not renew subscription.

Good luck
Tim

Yes, in the Stewart Report Vol II, Issue 6, Sep. 11, 1977, Stewart did say DGTT was profitable. Page 2, Col 2 " The Company (digitec) is already profitable" ; page 4, Col. 1 , "Digitec------ has become profitable", page 11, col 2 " Smartalk ------ unlike Digitec---is loosing money".

These statements certainly left the impression in my mind that the company was profitable.

Now as of Nov 19 (see previous post) the company is claiming to have attained profitability. It appears that Stewart had some inside knowledge.

Thanks for making the point.

Tim
