Sometimes, it takes a long while for a prediction to come true, sometimes because we dont know at any given time where we are on a particular time line, the mean time for a predictions productivity is simply unknown. Sensors are a good place to invest, and yet we have much to learn about how they can increase thier sensitivity to yield best results. Those with better sensors, will never alert those who have come to depend on them, about changes which may effect any time lines utility. Compartmentalization has this inherent weakness built in. Admission and comission are both sins which are not easily overcome by the structure that you've come to depend upon. When you've been given an edge in what ever it is you are doing, its hard to believe that that edge can be obliterated in an instant.There are many unknows whose trajectories and times of arrival, could set about a capitulation as in a retreat, the trouble is in the knowing.
