Pancho, I'd unload COMS if I were you. Downgrade this morning. They played games with their accounting when they acquired US Robotics, double counting revenue to synchronize their fiscal years. Also, they seem to be losing out in the 56k modem arena. Prices are falling rapidly and lack of a standard has ISP's adopting a "wait-and-see" attitude. And COMS bread-and-butter is network interface cards (about 40% I believe), which Intel is selling in a big way and at drastically reduced prices.
