re CHK - you are probably right with respect to CHK. They are spending money on land leases like an alcoholic does on booze in a liquor store. Same old, same old. Someone does get rich on this, but it won't be the shareholders.

Another 0.5 buyout today: GXDX is putting itself on sale, stock up to $21, I sold half. IMHO current price is not very cheap anymore and it's not clear they will find a buyer at good price.

Unfortunately like FMR, I only had a small position in GXDX. :/

Total 2 (1 + 2x0.5) takeovers in a year.
