That is an excellent point Sudhir! Perhaps you can answer this question.What are the rules pertaining to Canadian shareholders who sell Winspear for a tax loss but do not really want to lose their position? Let's say they sell for a tax loss on November 1, 1997. Can they buy Winspear back before December 31,1997 without affecting their tax loss situation. GOLDIGER
