Wink: I don't think this stock is headed toward zero (worthless).
I do think it suffers from abysmal PR, and a management group that
does nothing to increase their image in the eyes of shareholders.
I think we'll see lower prices until they ship their first unit
and/or until they announce more orders. I've sort of given up on the
merger myself, but if they can put it together, it would be icing on
the cake. For me, I am intrigued enough by their concept to hang in
there.

Wink, I don't look at that convertible debenture deal as good news. A lot of these companies who structure these deals short the hell out of the company and cover with converted shares. I'm still trying to find out how many shares are outstanding and in the float. I've actually seen these advertising billboards in Seattle, and on some military installations (don't know if they are ADOT's).
