The merger was conditioned upon getting the $5 million. Therefore, if it's complete, that requirement would necesssarily have been met, wouldn't it? Your deducing this does not constitute any insider information being told to anyone. Isn't that correct, Michael, or will you twist this also? Have you yet answered KMT's question to you below? Do you have anything to refute the count? If not, then why continually bring it up? If you post again asking about the numbers without including refuting information, we will all know your bucket has holes.
