Joe, We do have guys and a girl that are successful with $40,000 buying power(though more is better, say $75,000 to $100,000). We have married, divorced, single and one that I'm not sure about. As far as mortgages go, I don't know. As far as luck goes I heard a statement from someone somewhere that being lucky is only being prepared when an unusual oppertunity arises. I'm sorry the SOES experience didn't work out for you. I bet if you will look for the good that you did get from the experience it will make you a better trader in the long run. That's all we can hope for and take it one day at a time, you seem like a sincere guy and I hope the best for you but remeber that this trading business feels no emotion and would just as soon tear your heart out then not.
