Thanks for the alert, Ditchdigger. I'll take more shares now.

Current distribution yield of 5.5% isn't very much. Otoh, some big bets are being made by big exploration companies on the Eagle Ford Texas area, and EPD has inked pipeline/network deals with several of the players. I'll bet on the Eagle Ford being a success for at least some of these companies. And EPD being a successful beneficiary. Of course, no e&p company wants to be at the mercy of one pipeline company, so I expect that EPD will see competition in these midstream operations from one or more other pipeline operators who are there or who will enter.

Hi Ditchdigger -

Re: EPD - 2nd offering 11.5 million units priced @ $41.25/share$

Are you going to add shares at the current price? The long term position for the company looks very good. The stock has doubled in value from it's earlier YTD lows.

I am going to hold my current position and on any significant sell off below $40.00/share, I will consider adding a few more shares.

This is a company and sector I really like, but do not want to pay up at the inflated price for more shares at this time.
