I think that people are overgeneralizing the accountant issue. If company wants to be fraudulent, they can cheat big name accountant too, especially if it's a small company for which the big name accountant will use fewer work hours and less experienced people. Conversely, small name accountant does not necessarily mean fraud.

Sure, Frazer Frost is yellow flag. Not a red flag for me though.

Alternatively, you could just say that any Chinese reverse merger company is a red flag and be done with it. ;)
