Mostly, the biggies not bailed out by Obama won't hire until at least after '12. However, we'll be falling off the peak oil cliff by then, so they won't hire, anyway.

Some will put the bottom line above politics and green up to cut energy expenses; GE is buying like 25K Volts (from a company bailed out by Obama).
