Gary or anyone: I'm installing the QP2 beta on a second computer (a laptop) two months after installing it on the first computer (desktop). I'm going to transfer all the CD data to the laptop, but of course it's not up to date. After installing the program on the laptop and transferring the diskbuffer data, what's the easiest way to update the local database on the laptop?

With the desktop, I installed the program files on one drive, the local database on another drive, and the disk buffer data on yet another drive.

After installing QP2 on the laptop, should I just replace everything in its QP local database with the local database files from the desktop? Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks,

Brooke

Wild to say the least...<G>.

Gary ran the rebuild.exe app. It popped an error box: "error code 20 on Q2split" and quit. I knew that was bad <G>. So I fired up the charting program and got:

code base error
#-935
#94001
null input parameter unexpected
d4field

Then it quit.

Corrupt DB I'm willing to bet...

Thanks for your time.
