Tony, I feel these guys mean well but they just bite off more than they can chew. They have all these properties now, but no cash to develop them out. Maybe some day they will decide that its time to get real, and either sell their Appalachian stuff in order to concentrate on the offshore Gulf Coast, or vice versa. We are in a strong sellers market for producing properties now so they should get top dollar, even for the shitty Appalachian stuff. If you're looking for another O&G stock that is doing some great things in the offshore Gulf Coast, take a look at McMoRan Oil & Gas (MOXY). If I can stay up long enough I plan to start a thread here on them later tonight.
