This is a case of who ya gonna believe me or your lying eyes? Obama's trip came about a year before elections were scheduled in Kenya. Thats when people campaign. This denial is disingenuous. Odinga is embarrassing to Obama now for several reasons so an attempt is being made to obscure history. OBama set up a staffer as his contact with Odinga: After Odinga lost a previous election, his followers rioted and killed about 1000 people. Obama's past involvement in Kenyan politics led him to have to call Kenyan leaders to try to tamp down the violence: swamppolitics.com
