Sycamore: "Clearly, the Hunt's family must have been given some privileged information about some pending deals or concrete evidence that this stock has nowhere to go but UP." That's just my point: They do better if the stock does go up, but they'll do quite well if it doesn't. In fact, if they are long term bullish, their percent ownership of equity is better if the stock price is lower when they convert. Mario: Yes, for $10MM I'd like a nice return. As a stockholder, I'd prefer to see the financiers sharing in the risk as well. Where can I get their deal?? Regards, CMon
