From a company that appeared to pride itself on transparency, it is now opaque. Just not a good sign. It is obvious that JB did not anticipate the hurdles to be overcome. IMO The company needs a COO or in-house general counsel that is familiar with all of the potential issues. Unfortunately, it may be too late in the game. The share price being applied by the market seems to suggest it will not be days. So, the question becomes is LTG telling the truth that we will need a SW permit and that we are months away from commercialization or is that all just bunk in an effort to get the share price down to a target price for buying more or reload?
