Joe your response to Jack reminded me of something I have wanted to discuss with you. When is Maesa going to get that 1.37 million bucks from the bankruptcy court settlement? I assume it will be sometime soon.

Why not invest the money in Xecom rather than some truck stop? At the present price of Xecom Maesa would become a very large player in the company. If Xecom has anything like the future you keep saying it has then this should be an outstanding opportunity for both Xecom and Maesa.

What about it?

Wes

If you people really think that Joe Lanza is qualified "to find a joint venture, merger, or aquisition that could have some synergy with Xecom," I also have a bridge to sell you. This guy has no knowledge or experience in telcommunications, or researching extensive financial statements or prospectuses for such a venture. He jumps from oil and gas to biotech to gaming to telecommunications. Give me a break. The reason it is probably so time consuming is that he is probably flying by the seat of his pants and lost by all the numbers and big words.
