If you would have had access to "THE ANNOUNCEMENT" on Monday, you would know that AAPL is going to open the Web page to international and academic sales this spring. I'm going to be very interested to see how the academic sales over the Internet go.

It takes time to set up a store (or any business for that matter) and have all the channels available and ready to go on the touch of a button.

Dell has been doing this a long time they have time to perfect it.

Just give it TIME.

For now the $500,000/12 hr number tells me pent-up demand is high. That's a very telling begining. Particularly, for a company which was about to go belly up just a few months ago.
