Now that the earnings are released, I'm more of a believer in this company. It does look undervalued; however, not all stocks, even those with good growth, will trade at a PE of 15. (Examples of low PE with growth include CBH, PAP.A, FWT, and SHX.) Besides earnings and growth, you have to consider the cyclical nature of the industry, market share, PR, past earnings and growth history, capital structure, book value, &c.

Are you wrong about your estimate? I can't really say, but my guess is that you may be a little overly optimistic. I'm looking for the stock to be trading in the 1.85-2.25 range.
