Joan not to my knowledge, but in the latest earning report and analyst conference you see that the company plays with the numbers just to beat estimates. Their main qualification is squizng their employees and firing those that reach certain compensation level, "saves money". Worst management misguided analysts as to their market share in their supposedly most promising product the Unicenter, claiming over 80% of marketshare. Well they face stiff competition from IBM's Tivoli, HWP Open View, Cabletron, SUNW and others. Same in their outdated database software, ORCL beats the %^$() out of them. Go over to CA tread to get some flavor. Would not short at those levels as the stock movements are quite violent. From $69 to $79 1/2 in four days and then back to $71 in four days. Happy Trading Haim
