I got hit with 10 shares out of a thousand two weeks ago and I have not used it since. I will try to check with the soes office tomorrow.

The partial fill "problem" is not caused by limitations in Island but rather by the way a broker submits their order to Island. Island can accept "All or None" orders, but some brokers don't pass on this feature to you. I suspect that a broker that doesn't give you this capability is doing it because it gives them more flexibility to make a profit off of your order whether that is good for you or not.
