Zeev, thanks alot for Your opinion. in fact I got out of WDC after the drop - it dropped further. Anyway, RDRT did not meet my cut-off criteria so i'm still in. Also they should recover faster than - let's say APM, since they are the MR experts. Besides that I'm not bullish for the DD sector. regards CROSSY

Zeev, Crossy & all - ok, I ve been catching enough falling knives for the year, so I am taking a breather <sg> I guess we should know soon enough if Uncle Al & co will raise rate (wish cutting rate is probable <vbg>) or threaten to next time. TRKN - any comment on today development? Is $30M from AMAT a good deal? Zeev, I know you are trying to see the whites of MMs' eyes, but I guess TRKN should be able to survive for a couple or more Qs. Just read the qtrly of SFC (Pru came out with a BUY, but then, Pru had also had a STRONG BUY on AMD when the latter was in the 40s!) It is also operating on a -ve cash flow basis. No convertibles though Crossy has been bullish on CYMI. Zeev, since semi cap is one of your areas of interest, how do you see it? (note: just want to draw you into the discussion.) Any opinion on FDC and DBCC? That's it for now rgds Bosco
