Why does everyone keep saying USF has a LTG rate of 35-50%? It's 20-25%. I'm buying at $27.

Why would you buy if you believe they are so discombobulated as to make two competing offers on the same deal? Sounds like they're not running a tight ship. Of course, I still don't believe they said that.
