I have Emailed the webmistress and suggested she pull Vanni Resta's membership. I see no reason why she has any right to take part in SI. Look at her profile. It tries to provoke and a scan of her headers to different posts show consistent provocation. Eric, You are correct. I did promise to drop the issue in a post to Jas. I will keep that promise. T.G. W. made a post following yours that makes a lot of sense regarding the increase in WDC by late Jan. Glenn

Once again, a lynch mob develops because someone (me) has the courage to disagree with the groupthink, and point out that someone is posting irrelevant information. And once again, SI will have the sense to see that what I am doing is not a personal flame (although several comments from Glenn and flickerlip have been), but an attempt to make SI a better place by keeping up a standard. So go ahead. Go complain because someone had the nerve to disagree with you and challenge your thinking. It won't matter. BTW, if anyone thinks it is important to have open, honest disagreement and an environment in which people can honestly say what they think without being intimidated by bullies, then by all means email the webmistress with your support of what I am trying to do to improve the quality of posts at SI. Wouldn't it be better to ignore messages that you don't like? The "next" button is easy to hit. It seems to me that several people have willing participated in these silly running arguments. Who should decide who talks and who should be silenced?
