When the constitution is wrong we change it. Sure. There is an amendment process. The fact that it can change is a good thing, but it shouldn't be just ignored when its inconvenient. If it is ignored you abandon the rule of law. Who gives you the rigt to assert anything? What a bizarre question. YOu get one vote like me. Followed by a statement that's totally irrelevant to the question. Assertions and votes are two entirely separate things.
