57¢ is a formidable share price considering the powerful competitors now in this space and the sorry state of JB's legal entanglements.

Is there a '404' for share price quotes??

Till then - SUBPENNY is a last chance location.

When will JB begin drawing salary?

From his original Employment Agreement:

(a) Base Salary. In consideration of the services to be rendered hereunder, the Company hereby agrees to pay the Executive an annual base salary of $180,000, commencing the date the Company receives full DEC approval, payable in equal semimonthly installments in accordance with the usual practice of the Company (the “Base Salary”).

sec.gov

From the Q1 2010 10Q:

On May 19, 2010, the Company executed an Employment Agreement with CEO John Bordynuik which takes effect upon issuance of an air permit for the Company’s P2O processor.

sec.gov

From the Q2 2010 10Q:

On May 19, 2010, the Company executed an Employment Agreement with CEO John Bordynuik which takes effect upon issuance of an air permit for the Company’s P2O processor.

lol, guess my memory is still intact, then.....whew, it's scary being "almost sure"......I was worried bad recall might be a gateway to fallacious "broken clock" logic, or that I might start sprouting "weeks/days/hours away", or "next week"!!!!....now that would be STUPID!!!!

Since I was expecting it by Thanskgiving (2 weeks after submission), I would say the next likely date is any (business) hour.

This coming week IMO.

PS: reminds me of "72 hours away", Rivera style!!!!....nothing new under the penny pumping sun, except the tickers, IMO......(well, to be FAIR, he also had senator photo-op pics, not just a letter!!!!)

PPS: half a year ago.....are we there yet????

I don't know who would believe we're further away from the permit now than 3 weeks ago, but that's just me. Seems pretty stupid bordering on insanity.

sigh, you just have to spell it out for some people:

newsflash: it would depend on the results, if they were not favorable, you could be further away than when you started assuming "days to go"......
