Every Florida Home should have those tiles. They also should have ground cover that is drought resistance and not take the constant watering that is done here. My development has ponds that cater to the lawn maintenance...

Also the amount of swimming pools should be restricted.
Every home has a pool. ( I gave up on mine and bought a home that did not ) and jacuzzis. Our water is precious and
there will be a day when water will be equated with gold.

I live in the Virgin Islands where our water source was
our roof and a 4 inch down pipe that fed a cement cistern under the house. If we did not have rain we were in trouble.
AND it does not rain much in the V Islands.

Water could be delivered as oil is here in large trucks. Very expensive.

So we learned to CONSERVE. It is still with me like
the depression years still haunt me and the beggars and
camping along a creed in tents of the homeless.

Until one has been through an event like this it is difficult to understand why tax breaks for the wealthiest are necessary.
It is difficult to understand a lot of other things too.
