Haim,

The proper procedure to get wikileaks material is to ask for it under the Freedom of Information act, get stalled for several years, meanwhile important documents disappear perhaps due to negligence, and then get a dump from decades ago. That makes the academic historians salivate at the idea of revealing something like "US helped settle Nazis into US"...
