Permits are not going to matter. I believe you will see that they will lose more money with permits than without. It is absurd to think that honest john stumbled across some secret catalyst that will make him billions. Do you really think that the biggest, most funded companies in the world couldn't figure this out, but honest john can? That is adsurd. What has happened here is that many people were tricked into thinking honest john came up with some great money making plan. They invested, gave away, their money and now they are doing what they can to create "hype" about JBI so they can get their money back. You also have an extensive promotion "team" doing the same thing. Due to lack of liquidity, these people can't just sell or the price will drop to much so they sit on the ask and hope the promoters drum up enough buyers to take their shares. This has been going on for over a year now. Putting retiremet money in a "pink sheet" stock is also absurd. Quote: I think why the BUD was not granted can be inferred from what was posted here, what a BUD is for (from my limited understanding) and what JBI would want. I think the BUD would be used by a company like JBI that is taking a precise waste product and turning it into fuel they use. In contrast, JBI would naturally want approval to take the widest variety of waste into the site in order to have the most flexibility and generate the highest margins as they sell their product. Mix this with a post here where someone reported that NYDEC said a SW permit would allow NYDEC to best track what is coming into the site, and it becomes pretty obvious, IMO. Simply put, with this new technology and the fact JBI will likely be using several types of plastic and many different sources over time, my bet is NYDEC simply wanted some type of ability to monitor what materials are being delievered and, inherently, which ones were being used for P2O and what went back out to landfills. Even more simply put, I suspect they wanted data. A BUD would very likely greatly reduces the data coming back to the DEC from JBI. siliconinvestor.com
