I just looked at PTUS today as a comparison to ACLY. Reading the 10K, I discovered a BUNCH of shares come out of lockup on the 18th, I believe, which probably explains the recent weakness. I guess you could short it expecting continued selling pressure.

On the other hand, its definitely a real company and I still can't believe the valuation comparison with ACLY. Rather than short PTUS, why not double your ACLY position?
