I put myself in the corner there, saying $2 plus.. when I actually dont care what point. The question is, would they/are they considering this at any point in the below $4 price range?

Why would they need to do that? The stock was in the $8 - $10 last year at this time with far less fundamentals than now. A reverse split is not warranted with only 15.2 million shares outstanding. A strong vote NO for a reverse split.
