Why We are Little Bugs<------->Advanced Conspiracy Theory (inside)

There is a way way old school good old boys network of brokerage firms located on the east coast.

Three or four guys at the top of the pyramid are making value ($$) descisions constantly. These people are on the inside of the inside.

Riley G sneeks up on the situation and corners the float. Now all of a sudden this little no name outfit of sewing machines is looking like it's going to be worth about $37 million. ($25 per share X 1.5 million shares)

Who in the world is going to pay out this kind of dough? Of course the MM/shorters institutionally steal this much from the average working investor every day. Still, greed rules the day.

Big dogs and institutions put the word out on the morning hot wire about 60 days ago---delay the release of the certs or it will cost the houses. (of ill repute and that's what we want)

Mawork1 and others are just peons in the total chain of command. They have no effect on the material outcomes. They are by definition incapable of destroying "Riley's boys."

Company ceo types are happy with the developments but are a little set back by the fast and furious action surrounding their little firm.

Shareholders are "demanding" their shares in certificate form but the delaying tactics of the broker/mm/dtc power-cluster are way ahead of the individual shareholder.

Consequently, the true value of the street named shares vs. the naked shares remains at a balance and the stock price varies between 1.5 and 3. It's a steal at 1.5 and it's too expensive to hold at 3+.

So, everyone is left with 2 million already out in paper and another 2 million being "hot-swapped" between the old school brokerage firms!!

Riley has made his play and he has indeed done a first rate job, second to none, and is IMO totally innocent of all charges in Hand-in-Hands' bogus suit. Putting simply Riley G has ROCKED THE HOUSE!!

Now, the powers that be and these people have connections like you can't begin to imagine are focusing in directly on RMIL. RMIL has to be extremely careful about what it portends to be and represent as a public company. It is very possible that a spring and 2 NAFTA factories aren't worth $37 million liquid.

The mms/brokerage-houses aren't gonna cover for this boondoggle and Mork is screaming for mercy, pulling all the strings he can since he appears to be a "leader" in the field of shorting RMIL.

The financials and the exact legal standing (SEC-wise) of this company will be gone over down to the T by the "authorities". It will be a cold day in ____ before somebody covers $37 million. How many judges and attorneys can be hired with this kind of dough on the line?

The good=Cartel, Foundation
The bad=illegal naked shorting
The ugly=YOUR BROKER WHO IS LYING TO YOU ABOUT YOUR CERTIFICATES

The company is in the black? Where have you been?

Sory Joe, that simply isn't true.
