Look at the warning on those bulbs:

"These lamps can cause serious skin burn and eye inflammation from short wave ultraviolet radiation. Radiation from these lamps is harmful to the eyes and skin. Do not use where people will remain for more than a few minutes unless adequate shielding or other safety precautions are used.
To reduce the risk of personal injury, wear protective eyewear when you are in close proximity to these lamps. Failure to do so may result in severe burns and long-term injury to eyes. Installations with these lamps are to be screened off completely."

Look at the cost per bulb.

Now tell me that hospitals are putting these in hallways.
