Michael, stop your tap dancing. You are the one who said because TickerTalker was told in a phone conversation that the merger was complete, that that made it insider information. Riley deduced (= postulating) that must mean the financing was received. You are the one - as you well know - who twisted it into being insider information, when it isn't. Shame on YOU! 'Nuff said!

Therefore, if it's complete, that requirement would necesssarily have been met, wouldn't it? Your deducing this does not constitute any insider information being told to anyone.
