That was over four months ago.siliconinvestor.com (excerpt) The 15 metric ton machine (that is in transit from china and should arrive in the next 2 weeks) was also expected to take 4 hours to process 15 tons.siliconinvestor.com John said it would take a bit to set up when it comes in an email to me ....welding ect. I think he said 2 weeks so it will probably be a month then before it is up and running so don't get impatient. The private lab verification should do the trick btw That was the end of July. Don't get impatient if the machine isn't up and running in a month. Maybe it's up and running now. Does anybody know for sure? I know validation is supposed to be taking place, but doesn't the validation include the assembly process? Does anybody know if there is diesel coming out of the processor yet? Yes, I think that to think there will be 25 functioning sites (or more!) producing diesel on a commercial scale by the end of next year is extremely optimistic. So don't get impatient. siliconinvestor.com ----------Zardiw Member Level Grandfathered Member Share Saturday, December 05, 2009 11:43:41 PM Re: techisbest post# 13234 Post # of 80444 Yeah....I'm hoping we don't have delays like that anymore....z ---------------- BRIG_88 Member Level Share Sunday, December 06, 2009 10:16:30 AM Re: BigGreen101 post# 13241 Post # of 80446 John said the validation....which means the machine is working 100% and needs no more changes or modifications could be done just before xmas....so there is no 6 months to it. --------------------- Rikkitik Member Level Share Sunday, December 06, 2009 11:28:24 AM Re: None Post # of 80446 I believe regulatory will be the largest hurdle. That is one of the reasons for the meticulous recording of the installation and startup which should accelerate the licensing process for all governmental entities. In addition it creates the Installation and O&M Manual which will streamline the construction/startup phase. I still think that we will all be pleasantly surprised at how quick one of these can be placed into production mode. ---------------------------- Estimated_Prophet Share Sunday, December 06, 2009 2:34:10 PM Re: techisbest post# 13234 Post # of 80446 Good point tech! Business ALWAYS takes longer than you think it is going to take. Having said that, I don't think it is too aggressive to think JBI can install processors in 25 Joint Ventures before the end of 2010. If that becomes crystal clear, I believe we'll see JBII trading around $20, minimum, and in the right scenario, well north of $20. As the clarity on this issue develops, the stock price should adjust accordingly. -------------------------------- Wess Share Sunday, December 06, 2009 3:03:31 PM Re: None Post # of 80446 Hmmm, Just had a thought. Think I'll call the transfer agent and see how I can purchase shares in other people's names. Great gift - for about $114 to $120 I might be able to get 20 blocks of shares, 5 each, to give as gifts. Great gift, and what a way to spread the word!
