I can see where Roubini is coming from. Housing sales are still very slow in my area. I am also seeing some huge price drops of tens of thousands of dollars, as no buyers are coming in to scoop up the "bargains". Some of the prices are shockingly low (more than 1/2 less than what they were 4 years ago), but then again housing got way inflated beyond reality during the bubble a few years ago, perhaps housing prices should be coming back to earth.
