Thanks for the info. You are right about the other 5 divisions being very important. When I posted that Dieter told me they could eventually net $1 million/mo from AT&T, he was basing this on increasing business from Exec. Teleconferencing, getting broadcast fax business, and getting business from the other 5 divisions (I called to clarify). [This doesn't include InvestorReach, which is also a strong possibility for the future. He didn't want to estimate that for me, but said it would be very substantial because they have so many shareholders.] He didn't tell me this as if it's a done deal, but he said they fully expect for this to happen. As I have posted before, this relationship with AT&T is just getting started. I think there is a lot more to this than we know about right now (IMO).

Thanks for the confirmation of outstanding shares. I have to admit that I am not a big fan of takeovers. I think that investors rarely get full value for a company with truly enormous potential but relatively low book value because the acquiring company doesn't want to put a great deal of goodwill on their books. I didn't purchase TSIS stock for a quick 100%. I bought it for a long term 1000% (or more).
