Perhaps the meaning of the phrase "not mutually exclusive" escapes you. Let me try another: "false dilemma." And while you're looking that one up, see if you can figure out what an "appeal to popularity" argument is as well. I mean, you employ it as if you think it's NOT a fallacy.
