Number 1 there is no buyout IMO!!! #2 if there is an offer it better be a lot more than a measly 1.5bln bucks(at $42x36mlnshares).This talk is only playing into the hands of the Herb Greenberg people. That is, if the rumor fades away, then the stock drifts back down, irrespective of the Toshiba deal. Did you notice that Esst came out real fast w/their pr and, HG is starting his attacks on Cube once again w/vigor. The shorts want this baby in the mid to lo teens so they can bail out. IMO. Finally , this runnup was triggered by the Toshiba deal, nothing else.And IMO, more announcements similar to the Toshiba announcement are forthcoming.
