This is a great point. People who want to 'tax the rich' should be advocating a wealth tax - if you got more than $XX million in personal net assets, you owe 0.X% of it to the state each year.

Too bad that the entire US Congress doesn't have Thomas Sowell there to advise them, and enforce what it is the American people want them to do....Sowell is one of the few voices with clarity that we have today...
