alan,

exchange2000.com

5-6 weeks before mu released eps they guided analists down.

current estimates are for $0.35 - NO WAY. mu is near or below breakeven. if they guide down again then thmu will tank into the teens somewhere.

i own december 25 puts that i bought when mu was 29 1/8 or so. they are nearly a double by now. i expect a quint out of them before expiration.

GTW will probably have a bounce next week.
If you look at GTW options open interest, it is currently poised to bounce to 30 where most calls and puts expire worthless.
Technically it has broken down below 30, so I seriously doubt if it will go up much over 30 because of the resistance.
I closed my short today and will short it again at any price above 29 which I think is not very far away.
Somehow this stock gives me a very comfortable feeling while shorting.
