Because she tries to make the viability argument evil by association. She tries to force the view that the viability argument comes as a package with the clearly icky partial personhood argument. That is deliberate and malicious use of false logic. The "good news" for supporters of her view is that it takes away the work of defending the viability argument on its own qualities.

If you accept her fractured logic, then you can dismiss viability proponents, since they obviously endorse partial personhood as well, and so they're all a bunch a Nazis. So there is an ad hominem broadside concealed there. Discrediting the belief by discrediting the believer is a classic tool of rhetoric, and depressingly effective considering that it is based on a contortion of sound reasoning practice.
